These are the rules for using Farmora. They are written simply so everyone can follow them. This page is maintained by the Farmora team.
Using your account
- Give correct details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- One person or business per account. Do not share your login.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Listings and orders
- Describe produce honestly: quantity, quality, price and location.
- Only list what you actually have available.
- Once an order is accepted, both sides should keep to what was agreed.
Payments
Payment is held until delivery is confirmed. If goods do not match the listing, raise a report before confirming, and our team will review it.
Delivery
Logistics partners must handle goods with care and update the order status honestly. Delays should be reported as soon as they are known.
Advice on Farmora
Farming advice from our assistant and knowledge library is general guidance, not a guarantee of results. For serious crop, soil or animal health problems, please speak to a verified expert or your local agricultural officer.
Not allowed
- False listings, fake reviews or misleading prices.
- Harassment, abuse or unsafe behaviour towards other users.
- Trying to move payments off Farmora to avoid protection.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
